  Provided great care and informed me of all the necessary precautions. I was the only person in the waiting room on a mid Sunday morning and I still think it took quite long from check in to check out. 45 minutes for 1 person seems a little high.

  They don't respect reservation or appointment. I had an appointment today at 12 pm. After 30 mins if waiting they said there are still 2 people ahead of me (who had no appointment) . So basically I have to wait another hour. I cancel the appointment right then. If they can’t handle appointment, they should just only do walk-ins

  The visit was good, but the communication between this office and sending information to the pharmacy is very poor. First off the pharmacy never got the first order. I had to wait Until the next day to call this office back, ask them to resend it because the pharmacy never received it. Then the pharmacy got part of the order that was correct and part that was not what the doctor had told me she was prescribing. Had to call back to urgent care and ask them to make sure that they had requested the right prescriptions. This should not happen. Not sure that I will pick this urgent care again.

  Called to make an appointment and was able to get one within the hour. Easy check in process. Even though a power outage occurred while in the office, the staff was able to work around it. Thank you.

  Not good experience at all. My employer send me to this clinic. I decline some labs but they still perform the lab which violates patient’s right. PA lacks knowledge of certain clinical accepts even if I am telling her the guidelines she does not able to check her knowledge. They forgot to process my drug test . Waste of time. Told the initial staff that takes VS to use correct BP and she ignores the feedback.
