Horrible experience at this studio. Poor communication, lack of class availability. Charged me for classes I did not take. Called multiple times, was told credits could be extended and management would call me back twice. Never called back and ended up charging my card without classes / notification. Tried to call to resolve the issue, was told it could not be resolved. Would not recommend this studio. I have a club Pilates membership in nyc and they are awesome! Seems this branch has a bit of work to do.

Le Trinh: I paid 3 months membership but went 3-4 times. I thought I signed up for 3 months and be done with it but apparently they require you to fill out some form to cancel the membership. Not just let them charge for 3 months and be done with it. DO NOT COME HERE. Instructor does not care whether you are putting too many strings or not (overstrain my muscle), whether you are doing the exercise correctly. You are on your own, might as well turn on some youtube video and do it at home. I ended up spending $ for acupuncture to relieve the pain, took a bunch of motrin so I can continue to care for my baby and toddler. I would NOT recommend. So go ahead and charge me for 2 more months of membership. AND THE CLASSES that always FULL... Unless you know what you are doing, don't try this... you will injure yourself or waste your time.

Pilates has completely changed my life thanks to this studio. The instructors are top tier, the studio is always clean, and the staff does a great job explaining everything clearly if you’re willing to listen. Highly recommend!!!

I am not sure if it's just this studio or the company in general, but they are awful. The instructors are so inconsistent. I have taken classes from about five different instructors now and only two are good. The classes that are most desirable are always on a waitlist. They tell you to sign up on the waitlist since people cancel but why would I use all my 8 classes per month on waitlists just to risk not getting into them and then I have no time remaining in the month to use the classes I am paying $200 for? Being on a waitlist means I can't make other plans. I got suckered into signing up for a three month membership because on the day of the first free "class" I was told the enrollment fee would be waived. Mind you, the free "class" is literally just standing around for 20 minutes. Don't expect a workout. I told the manager I was used to taking classes like SolidCore which offer more intensity and reward. She convinced me that CP would be good because they offer cardio sculpt which is supposedly high intensity. However, the schedule shows only one of those classes offered per week so I have not had an opportunity to try it. Most classes are geared towards older individuals or people who do not exercise. I have tried my best to tolerate it the last two months, but it is a waste of my time. I was planning to get through the month of December and never looking back but the other day was the last straw. I showed up for a 6:00 AM class and the instructor (who is the manager) did not show or send a notification that the class was cancelled. Everyone waited in the parking lot and eventually started leaving when there was no sign of her. I have been a member of several exercise studios for the past six years and never have I dealt with this level of unprofessionalism. Sending a text message an hour and fifteen minutes later apologizing and offering free socks does not cut it. Claiming that you were too sick to get to the computer on time to notify people is not an excuse. If you are the manager of the studio, you need to have a backup plan organized for situations like this. I am not even convinced she was sick because I had taken her classes before and she typically shows up later than the members and has a Starbucks in hand (presumably the reason for being late). Conclusion, do not waste your time or money. I am new to the area and did not want to make the commute to SolidCore or CorePower. I now wish that I had chosen to do that instead of wasting my time at Club Pilates. I emailed them the day that the manager did not show up for class and have not received a response. If they refund me for the month I have left, I will update this review.

For a company that deals with mostly women to have your staff that demeans and talks down to women when trying to cancel a membership after three months is unacceptable. I called Gainesville and was NOT talked to the same way. Bristow is Never open early and could never find a class available.
