  Katy was amazing to work with during our first experience in the world of hearing aids - she took the time to go through the whole process, explain the biology and why/how hearing aids help, and make sure we felt comfortable going home with them. I highly recommend her!

  She listens to your concerns and will take time to help in sorting out any issues. I had a difficult time keeing my hearing aides in my ears as one and at times both would fall out. Right at that point , she suggested and made molds of the inside of my ears and within a week they were delivered to her office. She attached them to my hearing aides, since that time, I have not had any issues. They stayed in my ears and at sometimes forgetting I still have them in. The suction made such a difference in sound and hearing complete sentences. I am now confrontable being included in a conversation where I can hear entire conversations .
