  One Life fitness is an amazing facility with access to every type of workout/fitness equipment you may need. They are incredibly accommodating and kind, specifically Terrie, who is the General Manager in Brambleton!

  Avoid. They’ll say they have a $1 initiation fee promo then still hit you with a $49 annual fee a couple months later. Absolutely ridiculous cancellation requirements. Make sure you don’t return multiple towels at once bc their scanner’ll only scan one of them and then they’ll accuse you of taking their nasty towels home and charge you $8 each. Don’t ignore all the negative reviews like I did. Total scam.

  Working with my personal trainer, Kristine, has been a great experience. Kristine is very knowledgeable and works with me addressing the goals I have for my physical fitness while being cognizant of my current limitation with an injured (and over 40) knee. She is a pleasure to work with too! I can’t recommend One Life Fitness Brambleton and Kristine P. enough!

  My happy place N family can't mention one name, everyone at gym is friendly N helpful. Enjoy Gentle yoga, Barre classes, Body Balance. Great experience, friendly staff, qualified trainers, lot of equipment to workout. Definitely recommend this gym. Thank my trainers.

  Good gym. I love One Life. I use this gym because it's convenient to me. The One Life in Gainesville, in my opinion is much better because it's laid out much better. This gym, while good, is broken on to too many separate areas for my taste. But it's a minor gripe. The place is clean, the locker rooms and bathrooms are clean and updated and the equipment is well maintained.
