Skyler is great at OneLife Fitness! He is always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and makes the gym a better place to be. He’s helpful, positive, and clearly cares about the members and the overall experience. Skyler’s attitude and energy really stand out, and he’s a big reason OneLife feels like such a great and welcoming environment. If you are thinking of joining Onelife, highly recommend you go and talk to him about any questions and concerns you have. He will do a great job and go above and beyond!

My family and I joined OneLife in Brambleton 10 years ago. It has been a place where we all have enjoyed to exercise, train, and socialize. From staff to members, we have made life long friends who we feel are like family.
One person I would like to personally acknowledge and thank is Batchka Zulkhuu, who is a personal trainer at OneLife Brambleton. I started weight training with Batchka just over a year ago, working with him twice a week in semi-private sessions. One of my primary goals was to prevent Osteoporosis. It has been medically researched that weight-bearing exercise, combined with lifting weights, helps in that prevention. Ten months after working with Batchka, a DEXA scan revealed a significant increase in the bone density in my spine - which was truly fantastic news!
However, soon thereafter, I suffered a severe injury that prevented me from going to the gym for several months. Batchka regularly checked in on me, and once I began physical therapy, he sent me supplemental videos to assist in my recovery. My physical therapist enthusiastically approved Batchka’s recommendations.
Batchka’s concern and overall support has been monumental in my recovery. I have been cleared to return to the gym (with modifications) and plan to return to training with Batchka, who has already designed modified workouts for me. I look forward to continuing to work with him on the path to recovery and meeting my updated goals!

My husband and I have toured 3 other gyms today for membership. Onelife Fitness by far has surpassed the other popular gyms in the area to include a gym whose monthly membership fee is $200 per month. The staff and sales staff her go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and informed. The gym is busy but feels like home. So glad we joined and can’t wait to get started!! The customer reviews are stellar l, we are very happy with our choice to join!
I would give zero stars to the management if that were an option. They are completely disorganized and clearly not thinking about their members. The gym keeps enrolling more and more people, yet instead of expanding hours or improving access, they’ve actually reduced workout hours.
Who closes a gym at 10 PM on weekdays and 6 PM on weekends? For people who work long hours, this makes it almost impossible to get a proper workout in. It feels like they care more about collecting memberships than providing a quality experience.
Management seriously needs to step up, listen to members, and fix these issues. Until then, I would not recommend this gym to anyone looking for flexibility and good service
Very Disappointing Experience with Billing & Communication
I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this gym’s billing system and customer service. For the past two months, my auto-payment apparently was not processed, yet I was never notified—no email, no call, no text, nothing.
During those two months, I visited the gym multiple times, checked in as usual, and no one mentioned any issue with my account. Then suddenly today, I was stopped at the front desk and told my account was closed and that I owed an additional $40 fee, along with several additional fees that had been added without my knowledge.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication and accountability. I did not opt out of email or phone notifications, yet I was told I had—without any proof. When I tried to explain the situation, the staff showed no interest in listening and brushed me off, saying they needed to help other customers.
This situation could have been easily avoided with basic communication. Instead, I was surprised with unexpected fees and poor customer service. I expect better transparency and respect from a gym I’ve been consistently attending.
