  When they get it right, it's fine. The staff are friendly. There is a total lack of attention to detail with the staff. I have zero confidence that when a doctor sends in an Rx, that they will actually process it. That is why I switched to another pharmacy even though this one is closer. I used the other pharmacy for many years until my new insurance wasnt accepted at the other pharmacy amd I had to return here. I had a doctor's appointment about 7 days ago and she semt 2 Rx's to this Harris Teeter. I finally had some time to pick up and after waiting 20 min in line, they gave me only one Rx. I had to come back and ask the pharmacist, who checked and found they did not fill the 2nd Rx and asked me to wait another 20 min. My mistake bc I forgot when I used this pharmacy years ago, they are unreliable and inconsistent, so you have to call after your doctor sends in the Rx to confirm that they received it and are working on it. It has been years, so I forgot to call after my doctor's appointment. It's not because they were too busy because the Rx was sent in 7 days ago and one of them was filled, but the other wasn't. The staff is nice enough but not trained well enough. Would recommend going somewhere else if you can. They also only have one checkout clerk, unlike other pharmacies that can handle multiple patients at once. Two stars and not one or zero only because there are good staff as well as mediocre ones.
