Bassett Family Practice

Initially funded through a 5 year, $4.5 million grant from the Harvest Foundation, the Martinsville-Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness (Connect Health + Wellness) began operations in April 2005. We are committed to providing medical and primary health services at Bassett and Ridgeway and Patrick Springs– our Federally Qualified Health Centers – dental services at the Dental Clinics (Martinsville and Patrick Springs) and to promoting health, reducing health risk factors and increasing access to medical and dental services for everyone in the Martinsville-Henry & Patrick Counties area.
