  I changed to this pharmacy a few years ago when the big named pharmacy across the street that I had been to several times couldn't find my insurance information near closing time had asked me to "just pay out of pocket and come back the next day and they could reimburse me". No thanks. Thankfully the urgent care had sent the Rx to both pharmacies just in case that big name one was closed early so I ran across the street. The lovely pharmacist helped me herself and said here you go dear, as she had already managed to have it ran through my insurance and ready to go despite never having been there before. I loved how they treated their customers that I immediately became a regular for mine and my daughter's medication. The horrors of the past few days have reminded me of why I love this pharmacy and their staff so much. The pharmacist and his tech have gone so far above and beyond what most do for their customers the past 3 days trying to find and get me my much needed back ordered medication. I work in healthcare and have never seen the care that this pharmacy provides for their customers, it is what has me traveling the extra distance just to keep them as part of my team!

  The Food Lion pharmacy in Ashland is absolutely fantastic. They always seem to have the customer's best interest at heart, they are quick, and everyone is extremely pleasant. It feels like a Mom and Pop pharmacy and I can't recommend it enough.
