You can’t beat their selection of frames and their prices are great for the level of quality that they provide. I recently was told that I needed prism lenses and was delighted to find that they can do that too!
- MCMartha Cannon5 days ago5.0I live elsewhere but visited the One Loudoun Warby Parker store with my daughter. My granddaughter was getting new glasses. I had a recent eye exam with my eyedoctor where I live and was not impressed with their eyeglass selection. At the time of my visit with my family I did not know we were going to the Warby Parker store so I didn't have my prescription with me. I found frames I liked there. The store took my information, including insurance, measured my eyes and said an email would be sent to allow me to upload my prescription. I received the email, sent my prescription and in no time was emailing with the Warby Parker company concerning my prescription including a different type of glass due to what was on my prescription. I was very impressed with their prompt response and expertise. I've been informed my glasses are being made and look forward to receiving them.

Then a lovely lady came to measure and got me some better fitting glasses and measured for progressives. Outstanding customer service so far in the process. He asked me questions about how I use my reading glasses, and asked his co-worker to assist us with measuring where my pupils would align with the progression in the lenses. Great experience, and the best price that I've paid in YEARS for two pair of glasses! Great selection, great customer service, friendly and very helpful staff. I can't wait to get my two new pair of glasses!
