    I was a walk in and was prepared to wait for over an hour. Instead, I was seen in about 10 minutes. The staff member was also very kind.

    I made a convenient appointment using the Quest on line site - then at their clinic, I was called in 10 minutes before apt. time. The technician was awesome. The best is the new Quest Results page - most results posted within 24 hours and in a super easy format for a layman to understand. If for no other reason, the results page is worth choosing Quest. The entire experience made an otherwise unpleasant blood draw actually tolerable. Thank you Quest.

    The person who collected my specimen was really aweful! I told her point blank that she made me uncomfortable. She did not have the patience to deal with me. I came in with a full bladder and was passed along to her after checking in. I had issues with the reception looking for the code on my appointment email, so it took a while to get that to her. She looked very new and double checked everything she entered but I asked her if it would take long, coz I needed to pee now, she reacted very coldly and pissed and said & said not very long; she accomodated my request to go to the bathroom and collect the specimen before completing the online form, but while giving instructions she was very cold and even if I said I've done this many times, she looked at me with an angry eye and firmly said quoted "I still need to give you the instructions" and she was now very pissed! I collected my specimen and went back to the room and now I was uncomfortable. I asked her if she was new, because I have been to this location many times and everyone was friendly and nice. This one, was a sourpus and I can't believe she got pissed at me for telling her I was busting to pee. I'd like my healthcare provider to empathise and maybe give a better response than what she did. This was an aweful experience.

    Very bad service. There were three people in the lab two people in training, and the other one, who was an African American woman, treated my coworker and me badly, she was the only one who came out to help me with my questions. And when she did, it was with a bad attitude. I was simply asking a question, and from the beginning she was rude and responded poorly. They had us waiting even though there was no one else waiting. Very bad service
