Location is in a very nice place and inside it’s all nice, clean, and very inviting. Tons of displays of eyewear and it’s a very upscale store, you won’t feel claustrophobic like most locations. Options were plenty, they carried ray ban, Tiffany and company, jimmy choo, monclear, A/X, emporia Armani, Versace, Gucci, Prada, tom ford, Swarovski, D&G, coach, Burberry, and plenty of other high end and other brand, like Oakley, persol, etc.
No pressure whatsoever, never did I feel being hounded by a sales rep; I think this was a breath of fresh air and I could pick and try whenever I wanted. The staff were super engaging and enthusiastic when we needed them, we felt welcomed when we walked into the store and literally being told feel free to browse and let us know when you need us. I mean, this is just an awesome staff and store! The young lady by the name of Sumeria (please forgive me I spelled it wrong) helped us figure things out and even allowed us to save the glasses in our profile so we can pull it up later. When we were ready, we had the pleasure of working with Solar, and OMG this guys was funny, professional, and super caring, all in one, such a blast to be helped by him and even though we were buying glasses he made us feel like we were the only people he cared about. All the staff need to get a raise, they were kind, accommodating and caring. We didn’t even feel any pressure or sales pitch during our checkout because it was soo natural and Solar did an amazing job of keeping us happy and welcoming. Great store, great staff, overall the best shopping experience at a Lendcrafter you could ask for, will shop again!

Jeffersson was amazing at helping us with our eyeglass needs. He was so knowledgeable, walking us through the different variations per style that we could order. He is also so personable, and we will definitely be back to order more glasses and sunglasses from him. He even remembered helping us with orders in the past. His customer service was above and beyond, and we couldn't have had a better experience at this location of LensCrafters. Highly recommend coming here to see him!

"I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters in One Loudoun! The entire staff was great, but Samyra truly stood out. She helped me pick the perfect glasses and was incredibly informative about the Meta Ray-Bans she was wearing, effortlessly multitasking to answer all my questions. She is pleasant, professional, and just shines bright. Highly recommend!"

Staff kept interrupting me. I asked about the Costa Del Mar rubber frames and they said they had no way to ask the company anymore information about the composite because I previously had the experience of frames bending after they had been set on the dashboard during a sunny day. They said there's no way we can find out any information from the company and talked down to me. One click on Google told me it has a very high melting point. When I approached the staff with a pair of lenses I picked out in order to purchase, the salesperson walked away.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
