My daughter and I shopped a little to kill some time and I told the lady behind the counter we were going to sit in the little waiting area bench, and to let us know when its ready. About 30 minutes later with no status update, I approached the pharmacists to then be told it could be filled because they didn't have it in.

I forgot one of the staff's names, but she even opened the gate at about 7:15 PM after they had closed 15 minutes earlier to allow me to pick up a prescription for my daughter. That's uncommon nowadays.
