As I was browsing for some frames, there was a couple being extremely rude to him for no reason (he was just answering their questions about the discounts the store offered) and I was about to step in but he handled the situation with such grace and respect. His patience was impressive and he was so professional. Sometimes the customers aren’t always right and this was one of those situations! But, anyways I love coming here, all the staff members are so nice and friendly! The team really takes the time to get to know their customers and make them feel welcome. Lens Crafters y’all better give this team a raise, they’re great!!

But I feel it’s my civic duty to warn people when I suffer a bad experience Today I was at the Ashburn VA LensCrafters. There was a black gentleman a salesman who seemed to have a chip on his shoulder. He was extremely condescending, disrespectful and just plain nasty person who takes sadistic please in snubbing ridiculing and insulting others and being racist. I posted a review on Yelp as well. I am aware that companies like LensCrafters who have huge budgets they use software to delete reviews which don’t laud them Not only the disgraceful and disgusting attitude of this person he lied through his teeth by saying a frame costs $399 whereas the ad from LensCrafters showed the same exact frame for $199. When o showed him the ad he became belligerent and started belittling me and then told me to leave
