  The lady in call said the COVID vaccine is available on Sunday at 3 and said it’s the last dosage and i can get it if I can get to the pharmacy in ten minutes.. I ran to get it and when I arrived she was giving it someone else..oh yes I took 9 minutes to get there.. she didn’t keep her word.. worse customer service in pharmacy..

  Have to give a bad review. I made an appointment yesterday and went there early just to make sure they do have it in stock so I had time to make other appointment if something went wrong....... when I arrived, the black pharmacist first answered my question that they only have very few shots left, but when I said my appointment time was just 2 hours away ( appointment was made for 3 pm but I arrived on 1:30 PM just to make sure things) , could he save one dose for me as I had emergency reason to must have it on yesterday, the Jansen shot, he then immediately turned and said they could not give me any dose even if I just made the appointment 10 minutes ago. He had to save all in stock doses for others made reservations before me.......not something I cannot completely understand...but....I just do not understand how many people actually made appointments days after the date they were on the computer making appointments? He sent me to another branch to get the shot I need and fortunately it was a lot LESS hassle over there, and I was able to get the Jansen shot right away without any delay. It was an emergency condition and I do not know why that pharmacist couldn't just give me a does and request a "vaccine transfer" from another branch store to fill up his inventory for other people whose appointment time were WAY after mine? I only been to this pharmacy branch two times and still cannot give good review........ Well, on the other side, I do appreciate that black pharmacist told me the truth.......even if it was not something I could fully appreciate and understand............give two stars.....

  They have in the past shamed me when I tried to pick up my refill just 5 days before my pills ran out (within the refill date range), fussed at me for "refilling early" after my doctor upped my dose, told me I had no prescription when my dosage changed, and finally failed to find my prescription for a day even when I gave both my names (I had to visit them twice more the next day for them to figure it out). I'm so done. I'm changing pharmacies at my next doctor's appointment.
