- KKKaceOct 22, 20251.0Worst experience with this pharmacy, my doctor sent in my prescription the first time and when I went to go pick it up they said I was not even in the system. So I called them and the person on the phone said they put me in the system and after when my doctor sent the prescription again they STILL did not have it. I gave them ample time and tried literally everything to get my prescription I don't understand how this even happens I have been trying for over a month. Update: I'd highly recommend the Wegmans Pharmacy, they got my prescription within minutes of my doctor sending it and they send you update texts so you can track your prescription and easily order refills. 110% better experience than what I had at the Giant Pharmacy
- JWjeffery williamsOct 2, 20251.0Unfortunately calling the pharmacy is a hit and miss. I've been put on hold or hung up on numerous times. Although if you're lucky enough to speak to someone in the pharmacy your treated like royalty. I'm assuming they need help in the pharmacy.
