We wanted to use a coupon to get a discount on the prescription and it would have taken a couple dollars off. She had to put in 4 lines of information. Her response was it's only two dollars. When I said that's still two dollars, she responded with well it will take me twenty minutes to put this in. Go sit down. This is my second encounter with her and both have been so negative that it feels astonishing to think someone has the tenacity to dictate what I should with my money.
