  I went t Quest in Arlington s and they unsuccessfully tried to get blood out of my arm. The lady didn’t know what she was doing, she was searching for a vein, but not getting one. Then Her colleague came in and tried to get vein in forearm and it came out slow and I got a bruise right then and it turned blue and was swollen. Did she apologize - heck no! Then they were going to try to get blood from my hand and I said no way, forget it! They weren’t rude, but they acted like they could care less. The bruise on my forearm took 3 weeks to heal. Quest used to be good, but not anymore. They need to hire better people!

  The phlebotomist kept calling me Mr. Hendrik, as if I were a child. The person made eye contact with me exactly once in 15 minutes. Very bad bedside manner. They keep the temperature at 25 Celsius -- about 78 F. So wear light clothing.

  Had a great experience here. Had an appt and were taken back immediately. My daughter was treated with courtesy for her blood draw. We were in and out in five minutes.

  Whenever I have come to take my exams here, the experience has been good. Latoya attended me and the experience was excellent! Good energy and good attitude!

  Very slow location: I had an appointment, checked in using the kiosk (on time) and still waited 35 minutes to be seen. However my technician was amazing
