Pilates Studio
VIDA Pilates is conveniently located inside VIDA Ballston, next to Ballston Quarter and the Ballston Metro stop. Aside from metro accessibility, we validate 3 hours of parking for $1 on P1 (take the dedicated elevator to the lobby). We have our base in Classical Pilates where our focus is functional strength-training in proper alignment to improve posture, alleviate joint pain, and develop deep core strength. We use every piece of apparatus, from the reformer to the Cadillac, to the wundachair to have a well-rounded and effective exercise program. VIDA Pilates is dedicated to the classical Pilates method and our commitment to our community.

    Different parts of the gym have no access to each other. Extremely difficult experience trying to cancel and reschedule my reformer Pilates class. Don’t bother trying, front desk employees are extremely unhelpful and refused to give me any additional information until I’d already showed up when they assured me I would be able to attend the class and then made me wait another 15 minutes just to tell me I actually couldn’t attend, without providing any of this information over the phone or any helpful information at all.

    I had a private class with Zaina and wow! She is an excellent teacher with lots of knowledge, discernment, poise, and warmth. The facilities are very clean and the equipment is like new. Definitely the best Pilates studio I've been to in DMV and the best Pilates class I've had in a long time. Thank you!
