Our main store for 36 years. I actually like the smaller size. Very easy to find everything & have relationships with staff. Easy parking. Love having it in the neighborhood, and I need to go to a bigger store only occasionally.

I definitely love the fact that this pharmacy is open late both Saturday and Sunday. I needed to pick-up an urgent prescription before I travel out of the country tomorrow. Unfortunately to e pharmacy that I usually go to that is actually located within a drug store was not open today. I've always considered this grocery store overall has better quality than other stores in the area, and today I discovered that even the pharmacy is at the top of their game. My prescription was called in by the doctor's office and when I came into the pharmacy, I only needed to provide them with my name and phone number, and the medication was already prepared. I'm glad that they were open and here for me today!

Moved my prescription from CVS to this Safeway, it is much better prices and also they give me a $25 gift card plus $50 coupon. I like it and recommended.

The best thing about this Safeway is how convenient everything is. It's close to my house, and the parking lot is huge. At one point, there even used to be a restaurant in the parking lot, but that was torn down to make more spaces. Unlike places like Harris Teeter where parking feels like a battle due to traffic and tight spaces, the Safeway access is very easy. The downside: this is an older Safeway, and the seafood is limited, without a bakery, no digital photo processing, the pharmacy is smaller, and they may not have the stock in other larger stores. The prices are very competitive (generally better than Harris Teeter and Giant) and I love the Safeway brand items which are huge cost savers compared to national brands. The employees are generally nice and helpful when I looking for some strange item my wife placed on the list. All these add to a majority of our family's grocery shopping is done at this Safeway.
