The staff members were super friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Specifically, Jill was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with choosing the right pair of glasses. She was very patient and provided excellent feedback and information about frame styles, lenses, etc. she even went so far as to help adjust and fit a couple of pairs of sunglasses I needed altered. Thank you so much Jill and the rest of the staff!

Giovanni, the Team Lead is amazing! He is knowledgeable, very enthusiastic, and his customer service is top tier!! I was prepared to return a pair of glasses i bought because they didn't fit properly. After hearing how sad I was to return them, Giovanni offered to adjust them and now they fit perfectly. I highly recommend this location and just want to communicate how much of an asset he is. Thanks for all your help, Giovanni!!

This was my first time at a lens crafters and I’m recommending this location to everyone! Adriana was super helpful, I was deciding between two pairs and she helped me find the perfect mix of the two! She also fit the frames perfectly to my face and walked me through all the pricing. Great experience and I am so stoked about the frames!

I have been a customer at LensCrafters - Pentagon City for over eight years, and I can confidently say that the exceptional customer service is the reason I continue to return that distinguish them from any other location I’ve been too. Every visit is consistently positive and warm welcoming, the customer service you got there can’t be anywhere else starting from walking in till finalizing your purchase.
Special recognition to Giovanni, He is truly outstanding at what he does and has an incredible eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of what styles complement my face and personal aesthetic. He makes the process of choosing frames effortless and enjoyable year after a year!! His professionalism, patience, and genuine care make a meaningful difference.

Jill was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond!
While this location does offer same day / one hour service for full and half-rim glasses for those in an emergency situation, they regrettably were missing one of the lenses I needed. Before I had even stepped foot in the store, Jill had checked the in-house stock, checked with other locations, and called me back to tell me that they would be able to make my glasses in two days. Then when I arrived later in the day, Jill also helped me compare store discounts versus insurance rates, complete the purchase, and even tightened an old pair of glasses I had purchased many moons ago. I am extremely grateful.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
