Excellent! I haven’t gotten a good sweat on for a long time. The instructor (Livia) is amazing; motivating but not tense. She is fun and likeable. Great class!

It’s stupid, you could see the locker room and people lack privacy. The water is too expensive.

The instructor , Mandi was fantastic ! I really liked how throughout the class she encouraged the class to reach their full potential . I also liked her playlist . However , I prefer to attend NoMa- CycleBar than Columbia Pike . The reason why I put that I would never again attend a class at Columbia Pike was due to another instructor who attended the class and sat beside my bike . When I first walked in the class she gave me a blank stare and didn’t say anything but greeted and spoke with a person I came in class with . In class , I checked my phone once briefly during a water/towel break briefly to see when class ended and she rudely tells me to turn my phone off . I found her talking to me about my phone inappropriate and unnecessary.
**in response to cyclebar reply **
My feedback was less about the policy itself and more about the manner in which the interaction occurred. I was never informed of a strict phone policy beforehand, and my phone was checked very briefly during a water/towel break to confirm the class end time, not during active riding.
More importantly, my concern centered on the lack of a welcoming interaction when I arrived and the tone used when addressing me in class. The instructor in question was not kind . Being spoken to abruptly and publicly felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially as a first-time experience at that location.
