- ABAlexis BarnesFeb 18, 20261.0Customer service is non existent. I’ve emailed multiple times over the past month about credits that haven’t been carried over and gotten zero response. The only way to cancel or change your subscription is to call or email but the email isn’t monitored and the owner is never at the studio to answer the phone so you’re kind of stuck. The classes themselves are good, but when I’m not getting what I’m promised from my membership, it’s not worth it. I was tempted to give it two stars because Alana and Carol‘s classes are amazing but again if there’s no customer service, it doesn’t matter how good the instructors are. Very frustrated.
