  I came in to see Roca to improve my breathing and sleep. I had sleep apnea and wasn’t sleeping well with a cpap, after following Dr.Roca treatment plan of expansion. I no longer need a cpap after retesting. I didn’t think I would improve as much as I did as an adult expanding but I did! During expansion we made sure I was neural with a team she works with and she also helped me start a vitamin d protocol. She’s been amazing overall.

  My name is Malek Alikaj, and I am a friend of a former patient, Muhammad. We met years ago at JMU. He told me, and many others, about his horrific experience at this clinic with the greedy dentist, Lupita Roca, and we witnessed the consequences firsthand. Before going to this clinic, Muhammad was very good looking. Now, he looks visibly deformed, struggles to breathe, and sleeps worse, which is the exact opposite of what the treatments were supposed to accomplish. Her butchered work was not the only issue. Muhammad shared audio recordings with us showing how Mrs. Roca constantly mistreated and disrespected him. She repeatedly raised her voice, cut him off, and lied to his face to avoid taking responsibility for her negligence, which caused his facial structure to severely deteriorate. Throughout all of this, Muhammad remained calm, far calmer than most would be, despite the immense amount of money, effort, and trust he invested in these failed treatments. He ultimately left in tears, shocked that someone, especially a doctor, could be so evil. Muhammad later exercised his right to free speech by going on YouTube to raise awareness. In response, Roca attempted to imprison him after he gained a large following for exposing her unethical practices. Muhammad won, but Roca continues to harass him, and a criminal case has now been opened to prosecute her. Years ago, Muhammad asked me not to post this review because of the censorship campaign Roca was running. Today, I feel it is necessary to speak up and reveal what kind of person Roca truly is.

  We have been with Dr Roca for nearly 20 years, the whole family. This is the best dental practice you can find. I highly recommend!!!

  I have been repeatedly ingored by this office, I was told a few times someone would call me back about scheduling an appt and no one called me. I also left messages on their voicemail a few times and no one ever responded to my voice messages where I asked to be called back to set up an appt. I have no idea why they ignore me, but it's rude to repeatedly ingore someone like this. Horrible customer service.

  Dr. Roca is the best medical professional I have seen in my life. I know that sounds extreme, but I am not exaggerating. I took my 4 yr-old daughter for a consult with Dr. Roca for a complex issue and she spent an hour with us! I have never had a medical professional spend that much time with me. She was extremely thorough in her examination of my daughter and very detailed in her explanations to me about the issues. She explained complicated medical topics that I had never heard of before in an easy-to-understand way. She was even able to explain things in a way that my 4 -yr-old could understand, which helped her transform from disobedient patient to willing participant! I have never felt so hopeful leaving a doctor's appointment. I felt empowered having learned so much from Dr. Roca, and thankful that she has a clear plan in place to help my daughter. Her staff is just as amazing as she is. We interacted with three different staff members throughout the visit and each person went above and beyond to explain things and make my daughter and I comfortable. They were extremely knowledgeable and competent. My whole family will be switching to Dr. Roca's practice after this amazing experience.
