  Dr. Roca is one of the few dentists who is truly up to date on the latest research about Upper Airway Restrictions, tongue ties, and pallet expansion. She understands that the teeth and mouth do not exist independently from the rest of the body and bite/dental issues need to be treated from an integrated perspective. Couldn't recommend more highly.

  We are so happy we found Dr. Roca. Our experience has been excellent. We have one child in the Marpee and Invisalign and one in an expander. Dr. Roca is incredibly responsive and once you are her patient gives you her cell phone if you need her! Her bed side manner is so good. We still have a little ways to go in our journey but overall and very happy so far!

  I can’t recommend Arlington Smile Center highly enough! From the moment we walked in, every member of the team was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Dr. Lupita Roca was thoughtful, informative, and genuinely invested in helping us understand every aspect of care. My daughter remarked on her joyful and jolly demeanor, and said the moment she walked in, she felt happy. She even went so far as to say that she was pretty sure you could never have a bad day around her. Our hygienist, Sindy, was amazing! She provided such thorough education, made my tween daughter feel empowered about her oral health, and even let us take a peek under the microscope of what the bacteria in her mouth looked like— such a cool experience! We also loved that they have a weighted blanket available for added comfort. I love how holistic and integrative the practice feels. They truly listen to you, guide you, and help you make informed decisions without any pressure or sales tactics. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and professional. We left feeling confident, cared for, and grateful. It was a truly exceptional dental experience.
