  Bad experience. I went in because I was very sick, then was told that I don't need any meds, not even a prescription for a Z pack. I was told I just needed to take some vitamins. I spent ten days after that weak, sick, and out of work. The front desk person was a young woman with a miserable attitude. The male doctor was dismissive. It's later and my insurance is paying for a bill for an emotional behavioral assessment...

  Very disappointing experience at the AllCare Arlington location. We drove 40 minutes from Bethesda in severe weather for a scheduled appointment for my husband’s sore throat and arrived 14 minutes late—within their stated 15-minute grace period. Despite this, the doctor refused to see him. We waited 30 minutes and were still turned away, with no flexibility or accommodation. After the long drive and poor weather, the lack of empathy and professionalism was frustrating and unacceptable. Would not recommend this location.

  Dr. Okorie provided outstanding care. He was knowledgeable and reassuring during my visit and treated my condition with skill and care. The office team was equally impressive, professional, organized, and welcoming. A delightful experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice!

  What a terrible experience! I booked to see Dr. Lauren on my online appointment but I ended up seeing another doctor. The lab lady was so rude and yelling at me to sign the cost estimate acknowledgment. Neither Dr.Charles nor the lab lady explained what bloodwork they ordered for me. Dr. Charles was on his phone during my visit. The annual physical exam wasn’t comprehensive at all. Dr. Charles only spent about 5 minutes with me and left without any direction. I’ll never comeback to this location.
