  Randomly change in person appointments to virtual. The phone service they use is worthless. Appointments won’t be changed and you can’t speak to anyone at the actual office. Receptionist spent the entire 15 minute check in process saying she was quitting…. Insane experience.

  I visited AllCare at the Ballston location for an annual physical exam. Dr. Webster was very attentive to my health history and my questions. The lab for blood work is next door so everything was quite convenient. A good experience.

  The doctor was kind and knowledgeable (Dr. Richard Webster) and booking through the official allcare website (not on zocdoc) is pretty easy. I wish I saw that you can select virtual, which sounds much more convenient. The 1 star is for the front desk. YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO REACH THEM. If you have a question, you will never get them to pickup. Go ahead, right now, before you consider booking an appointment, call. Leave me a comment if they pickup. I called, was forwarded to a central allcare number, and the central allcare facility forwarded me to the front desk and even they were confused why they weren't picking up. I asked the nurse during the visit, and she laughed and knew that it was terrible. Honestly, idk if it was worth it. You can get in quick sometimes, and Dr Webster was nice. Maybe get a quick initially appointment here and schedule followups at a different location that will be more communicative.

  I’ve been to multiple AllCare locations before and have never had an issue, which is why this experience with this location was disappointing. I made my appointment online, received a confirmation, and completed the pre check-in ahead of time. When I arrived at the clinic, I was told my appointment was actually an hour later, possibly due to a glitch in the system. I showed the staff my email confirmation that I arrived at the right time, but they still said they wouldn’t be able to see me until that later time. What made this more frustrating was that I was the only person in the waiting room, yet there was no flexibility to accommodate me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t wait an extra hour because I needed to get back to work, so I had to leave without being seen. I understand systems aren’t perfect, but better coordination or customer care in situations like this would go a long way, especially when the patient has clear confirmation and has followed all the required steps.
