  The phlebotomist was pleasant, helpful, friendly, and skilled. What more could you ask of someone who sticks you and takes blood?

  While the overall experience was satisfactory, there were a few areas that could be improved. Notably, the individual responsible for administering the test exhibited a lack of courtesy and professionalism. She failed to extend a warm welcome, offer assistance with seating arrangements, or provide guidance on test preparation, such as removing jackets. This behavior was reminiscent of someone being compelled to perform their duties rather than genuinely caring for the test-taker.

  The ladies at this location are great at their job! They find my veins without issue while others at other medical facilities can't or have trouble.

  Convenient place to go to. The pro is not having to wait long because there aren’t that many customers. However, the professionalism of the staff should be improved. No one wants to go to a place where the service staff looking disgruntled and unhappy with what they are doing. Customers didn’t pay money to deal with their problems.
