- KYKit YJun 3, 20251.0This agency was set up by Sibley Hospital for Medicare-covered skilled nursing. The first visit was OK. The nurse seemed competent but slow (this is our second rodeo in 5 years for an advanced cancer patient). The second visit, nurse was an hour late. The third time couldn’t draw blood from an IV line and didn’t offer to take it from an arm. We luckily ended up getting the oncologist’s staff to do it so that my partner’s IV nutrition could continue uninterrupted. Next time, nurse was said to have an emergency and couldn’t come. Scheduler couldn’t find another nurse and left us hanging all day. Oncologist to the rescue again. This is a poorly run, understaffed, uncommunicative business. I wish I’d read all the negative reviews before the hospital set us up with this awful agency. Stay away!!!
