The space is clean and never feels overcrowded. For this area, the rates are incredibly reasonable. The instructors are knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping students improve.

They offer plenty of modifications so you can dial up or down the movement to fit your needs. Their classes are often themed which keeps it fresh and fun. My personal favorite is Sculpt and Flow - combo of vinyasa, HIIT and a cooldown. Parking is convenient, easy, and free with validation and it’s right off the Eisenhower exit on the Yellow line. Highly recommend this Y6 location!
