StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Alexandria offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- LJLeah JohnsonMar 28, 20265.0Nohamin is absolutely Amazing. I came in with a pinching pain in my shoulder and limited range in my left hip. After she took me through stretches the pain in my shoulder has significantly decreased and I am able to move it more freely. Nohamin was able to tell me where the issues were in my hips and gave me homework to continue working on my hip flexor to have a better range of motion. This will definitely be an staple at the end of the week after weightlifting. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

If you have any knots or kinks that you need to work out you should definitely go see her. Tell her the unicorn said hello 😂
