  I’m writing this review out of frustration with our recent experience. My kids had an appointment on February 20, 2026, where we were told one had cavities and needed work done. Given his age, we asked questions - especially since he doesn’t snack much, consumes very little sugar, and follows good dental hygiene. The dentist we saw was condescending and dismissive, and showed no empathy when I expressed concern about my child needing anesthesia since he might not be able to sit through laughing gas. She just kept working with her assumption that we do not floss which is false. Even questions about if fruits can possibly have this impact was met with a bit of annoyance. This was especially disappointing because about 6 months ago, my kids saw a different dentist at the same office who was extremely pleasant, patient, and reassuring so I know the level of care here can be much better. All of the dental hygienists we’ve interacted with have also been kind and professional. We were told the issue was urgent, yet when we called to schedule, the next available appointment was in August. All we asked was whether it was safe to wait that long - no response. I also requested X-rays at the front desk for a second opinion and never received them. I’ve since left a voicemail and even reached out via Instagram. I was told my message was passed along, but still almost 24 hours with no follow-up. It’s frustrating that no one can take a few minutes to respond about a child’s care - especially after stressing urgency. Update: they called about 10 or so minutes after this review

  Nice and clean. Friendly staff. I like going to them for my dental care. I had a good dentist in Albuquerque with good staff and Smileville is an extension of that same service with more modern facilities.

  Everytime I take my children to Smileville staff are so nice. I been there for about 4 years now and I always have a great experience . I would recommend Smileville to the public and family also.
