Disappointed after 10 years. I have been a customer for over 20 years but will likely switch to Walgreens after my most recent experience. They showed a lack of compassion in their communication style and were unable to fill a time sensitive prescription but did not reach out to the customer to let us know.

By far the most inept pharmacy in the DMV. Been going here for well over 10 years and not once have they done their jobs correctly. They constantly pretend like they didn't receive prescriptions from your doctors and make you call your doctor to resend the prescription every time. I'm not sure if its their system or just the general uselessness of the staff but this place is terrible.

A great staff of friendly, knowledgeable pharmacy professionals. Most pharmacies these days can be described with one word....retail. Safeway Rose Hill is a great traditional neighborhood pharmacy.

I’m not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but I have always found them to be prompt, professional, and above all else, caring. If you have to wait a while, it’s not because they’re sitting around doing nothing. You may not realize this, but pharmacy technicians actually have other work to do! My only gripe is with the male staff member. He seems completely aloof, and his giving me false information more than once. But Andrea and Amy are absolutely amazing. And that you work so often the chances are you’ll deal with them.
