  I felt like I stepped onto a street corner in a particularly unsavory group of people. Loud obnoxious personal conversations by the manager and another employee. The door where this took place was wide open and within 5 feet of where I had to stand. Very street employees. However, the young woman who took care of me was lovely and helpful. She’s not part of this complaint.

  It was an absolutely awful experience. The check in machine did not work for the people in front of me so I was delayed checking in to my appointment even though I arrived 20 minutes early. The machine did not work for me either. There was no reception/check in person so people had to go and talk directly to people doing the lab work who seemed too busy to deal with admin issues. People were pressuring the blood draw staff arriving well before (several hours) before their appointment and being seen before people with appointments well before. Walk-ins were doing the same and staff was unable to manage the timing of appointments with people creating the most pressure/complaining getting seen first. Multiple people with appointment times after me were seen first due to this and i had to keep advocating for myself till I was finally seen about 45 minutes after my appointment time. There needs to be an admin person to help with the absolute chaos.

  I had an appointment later in the day but opted to come in earlier as a walk-in. I was serviced immediately by two smiling faces Essence and Shanel. Essence made the whole blood work procedure as smooth as possible with friendly conversation and generous care. Both members were very diligent with paying attention to detail. Overall making a mundane task enjoyable!

  This facility is absolutely disgusting. For urinalysis- they handed me a SOLO CUP. Thin, and fragile. The lid had a hole for a straw. They have NOTHING to wash your Hands with. Nothing to clean yourself with. It is absolutely foul.

  Essence is the bomb. I didn't know you could request her. She needs a raise because that place would not run so efficiently without her.
