  Great gym Massive space. Tons of free weights, cardio machines. Staff are nice. Q is a great trainer.

  I mainly started going to this gym since I moved out to the Alexandria area but cancelled my membership due too bad staff and gym dirtyness. Female bathrooms are always filthy with urine and tampons on the floor. The showers never get cleaned, they are always filthy, there’s never any soap, paper towels never get refilled. The worst part is the boxing class. I never get any attention cause I’m a plus sized African female. I’ve seen the coaches help the other skinny two ladies just cause they skinny and wearing booty shorts. I don’t get noticed at all when I am paying to be here too, extremely rude. Taking my money to another gym!!!!!

  Love this gym. It’s truly an ecosystem of the most kind, considerate, and dedicated people from the staff to the the other club members. It’s always clean from the bathrooms to the the equipment. Plenty of spray bottles and napkins around every station for access to sterilizing. And the biggest plus side… plenty of parking and a sparing room with a ring and conditioning area. Look no further!

  A much better experience since their massive renovations in 2021. Tons of space and available equipment even during busy times. I have seen new equipment being added quite frequently. There could be a better system for cleaning tho. Spray bottle in a bucket brings things down a level.

  I love the strike studio. I’m not ganna lie, $100 a month seems like a lot of money, but you’re not limited to the amount of classes u go to. Also you can go even if they don’t have a class to workout. I would say try a class out since they let you try one class free. Maybe a skills n tech class if you have no fighting experience.
