  I've been going to the pharmacy for over 20 years used to be the best pharmacy but now it is the worst ever since Michelle left nobody knows what they're doing they give me the wrong information I thought about my prescriptions the other day they didn't ask my name but they told me I needed to get one pre-approved through my insurance but they never asked my name so how would they know if I did or not the day before that man called me and told me no Giants around had lidocaine patches because they didn't have any and all Giants use the same warehouse so that meant no Giants pharmacies add any because they had been out of stock for a while so that meant no other Giants had them that I should call other pharmacies but come to find out other Giants did have the correct Lidocaine patches the next day they called me again to tell me they had somebody returned some patches the correct manufacturer that I was asking for but only had nine of them that somebody had returned so I settled for that went to pick them up and of course they were the wrong ones they only had one of the correct ones that I needed!!!!!! It's unbelievable how they can make so many mistakes with one simple. This isn't the first time that I had issues with the Giant Pharmacy Groveton in the past year. They really need to train more the pharmacist in their assistance because I talked to both and they both gave me wrong information twice!!

  It's fine. I haven't had issues at the pharmacy like others have mentioned. The only problem I have with this Giant is that the self check out is too strict with where you place your scanned items. If you don't immediately place the item on the small square where the plastic bags are located, it'll interrupt the system and you'll have to wait for a staff member to unlock the system so you can resume. But I've just gotten into the habit of stacking my groceries on that square and then bagging them after I've paid.
