My appointment was originally scheduled for 12:30 PM, but the front desk called and asked if I could come in at 12:00 PM. I arrived at 11:50 AM, only to not be seen by the hygienist until 12:30 PM anyway. The hygienist did a decent generic cleaning job, but after that I waited over an hour to see the dentist, who didn’t come in until after 2PM. Overall, I was unimpressed and the long wait times were unacceptable. I will NOT be returning.

- ARAn RaJan 16, 20261.0The facility is nice and the clinical staff are great. The one star is for the front desk staff and the billing issues. Checked out after my kids pre-scheduled procedure, paid the bill provided in full (or so I was led to believe). 6 months later when I show up with the kids for the next appointment, they tell me I still have an outstanding amount, but they can’t tell me what it’s for! Apparently the system is down, but I still need to pay before my kids can get care. After taking time off work and pulling the kids out of school, they pressure you to pay some random bill in order to get care. What a racket!
