If you are not paying with insurance, be very careful with goodrx / manufacturers coupons here. Although the pharmacists are nice and their customer service is good, the Safeway systems are extremely inflexible and strict. I had valid goodrx codes and manufacturers coupons denied repeatedly here, and after calling goodrx, they said that they should be accepting them. Other pharmacies I have been to regularly accept them, so there must be something going on here.

Sara did my and my 4 year old flu and COVID shots today. She was incredibly patient even when my daughter was having an extremely hard time. Something every parent appreciates!

Worst pharmacy ever. Pharmacy filled a prescription before prior authorization was up, then updated their computer system the next day and ran it again, authorization expired, so they unfilled my prescription and didn’t alert me. I arrive to pick it up and Im suddenly left with no prescription and now have to wait several days for authorization to now go through. An absolute disaster. I will never be going back to this circus.

I've never had an issue with any service offered by the pharmacy or it's staff. They know who I am and usually know what I am there for as I walk up to the counter. Alway polite and helpful.
