If you have to wait a while, it’s not because they’re sitting around doing nothing. You may not realize this, but pharmacy technicians actually have other work to do! My only gripe is with the male staff member. He seems completely aloof, and his giving me false information more than once. But Andrea and Amy are absolutely amazing. And that you work so often the chances are you’ll deal with them.
