Awful service. I remember once I was waiting in line to pick up one medication for 10 minutes behind another person that had been waiting long all because the person at the window asked to speak to the pharmacist and the larger black female tech that’s always wearing a mask literally refused to get the pharmacist and talked in circles with the guy. When I went to the side door to ask if I can pick up real quick she got a nasty attitude and was like “you have to wait in line like everyone else,” well how about you actually help the line???? The pharmacist eventually came over on her own and she apologized for the tech’s behavior and the wait. Another issue with the same tech, I tried to pick up, she told me 20 minutes until I could retrieve a medicine, and I was waiting in their own waiting room area and nobody told me when it was ready. Luckily I just had an hunch and hopped back in line. Another time, actually for months, they refused to run all of my medications through my secondary insurance which they accept and made me pay out of pocket. It took a smart pharmacist realizing they made me two accounts and combined them for me to be able to use my secondary. I never got my money back either. I should take them to small claims for sheer incompetence. The final straw was recently, I went to retrieve an ANTI-SEIZURE MEDICATION and they didn’t have it in stock. This is the second time I’ve went to pick up a medication that is a necessity that they did not have in stock or had scheduled to arrive the day after the day I run out of pills. Keep in mind this is a medicine I take twice a day so running out in the morning means I need it before that night. I also called to check on this medication’s script and that’s when they should’ve said it’s not in stock on the phone. I am so finished with this trashy pharmacy. They have one window, a small community of people, this isn’t rocket science. Switching all of my prescriptions to either Safeway Kingstowne or auto delivery to the house through Care Connect. This has to be the worst place with the least organization ever.

We have been using this pharmacy for nearly 30 years and never have any problems. The pharmacists are kind, caring, and professional. Andrea, Amy, and the other pharmacists know you by name which adds warmth and kindness to every interaction. Highly recommend.

By far the most inept pharmacy in the DMV. Been going here for well over 10 years and not once have they done their jobs correctly. They constantly pretend like they didn't receive prescriptions from your doctors and make you call your doctor to resend the prescription every time. I'm not sure if its their system or just the general uselessness of the staff but this place is terrible.

I’m not sure what the previous reviewer experienced, but I have always found them to be prompt, professional, and above all else, caring. If you have to wait a while, it’s not because they’re sitting around doing nothing. You may not realize this, but pharmacy technicians actually have other work to do! My only gripe is with the male staff member. He seems completely aloof, and his giving me false information more than once. But Andrea and Amy are absolutely amazing. And that you work so often the chances are you’ll deal with them.
