While it seems to always be pretty busy, there are enough machines that you don't really have to wait for the one you want. The machines are in good condition, there is a great selection, there is plenty of cleaning spray bottles and everything seems to always be clean.

My wish is for the gym to be larger and contain more equipment to meet my training goals. Currently, there are too many people that want to workout on the same equipment at the same time
