I canceled my membership because honestly, my friend was only motivating us to train as a group and helping us with our routines. Since he didn’t see any benefit from us, he reported us, and my friend had her membership canceled, and our whole group left as well. On top of that, all Robert does is flirt with the girls at the gym, inviting them to go out with him.

When I went to the front desk to ask why it smelled so bad, the staff member told me he couldn’t spray anything because customers had complained about it in the past. The smell was so overwhelming that I walked around to different areas of the gym, and it still smelled just as bad. It was to the point where I couldn’t even complete my workout. I was highly disappointed. I’ve also noticed ongoing hygiene issues in the women’s restroom, and the weightlifting area has equipment with ripped seats. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this particular Planet Fitness location. Yesterday’s experience almost made me cancel my entire membership because there is constantly an issue at this location.
