I found him to be very honest, explaining my tooth situation. I also found the staff to be very polite, professional and caring. His assistant, Haniyeh, was very caring and sweet. I was really stressed out, but she calmed me down, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed while I was sitting in the dental chair.

I was apprehensive about getting my root canal done but he put me at ease by showing me a short video about the procedure. It was an old video. No influencers or anything like that. Amazingly, it worked! No muss. No fuss. During the procedure, he talked about the equipments in the room and the prodecure itself with his assistant. Before I knew it, the root canal was completed with zero pain. I've also learned a bit about the triviality of dental equipments to boot. Root canal is a complicated procedure. For someone like me who has not seen a dentist for years, the thought of getting it done was a daunting task. I was fortunate to get it taken care of by Dr. Kotler. 5 Stars all the way. If you are about getting the job done and getting it done right, go with Dr. Kotler.
