  I highly recommend Dr. Kotler, he was very professional and would explain every step during my root canal procedure. I found him to be very honest, explaining my tooth situation. I also found the staff to be very polite, professional and caring. His assistant, Haniyeh, was very caring and sweet. I was really stressed out, but she calmed me down, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed while I was sitting in the dental chair.

  My dentist referred me to this office. The Doctor did a great job, I like his professionalism. On the other hand, the secretary, Ania, was very rude and unprofessional. She never explained the final paperwork/ care plan and prescription that the doctor put for me. Instead, she threw final paperwork and the prescription on the counter no binder or nothing while my hand was stretched to receive it from her. I told her you could have given it to me instead of throwing it then she showed me a mad face and stated, "Does it matter?" She did not even a minute to tell me about the prescription nor inform me about my next appointment with the Dr. She was on her cell phone all the time. She should not be in a position that requires customer service skills.

  The lady at the front desk does not have any respect for the patients. Then I got inside she tried to take my x-ray and she give attitude to my husband just to leave the room. She tried to put the x-ray stuff in my mouth but it’s too big for me and I was very uncomfortable and she just kept yelling at me. When I finished the doctor and told me I should get another x-ray I was not comfortable with their answer as I had a doctor referrance. So I gave the front desk my insurance card without checking that my insurance paid or not they did a scan and they send me $400 bill to pay for something I did not afford this was unacceptable. I would not recommend this to anyone and I’m never going back there again.

  Dr. Kotler is an exceptionally talented and experienced professional with no none-sense attitude. I was apprehensive about getting my root canal done but he put me at ease by showing me a short video about the procedure. It was an old video. No influencers or anything like that. Amazingly, it worked! No muss. No fuss. During the procedure, he talked about the equipments in the room and the prodecure itself with his assistant. Before I knew it, the root canal was completed with zero pain. I've also learned a bit about the triviality of dental equipments to boot. Root canal is a complicated procedure. For someone like me who has not seen a dentist for years, the thought of getting it done was a daunting task. I was fortunate to get it taken care of by Dr. Kotler. 5 Stars all the way. If you are about getting the job done and getting it done right, go with Dr. Kotler. If you are apprehensive about dentists like me, I highly recommend you call and make an appointment today with this clinic! -Schuyler
