  This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. For months, they will take days to fill prescriptions sent by my doctor to be filled that day with no explanation. Sonya also changes her mind as to when and how she feels like refilling a prescription. Last month she refused to fill an as-needed prescription because it was "too soon" and she went by what was written on the prescription. Now as I try to get another refill, even though it is days after when the supply is done, she is saying she will NOT go by what is written on the prescription and she needs to talk to the doctor. Don't trust this place with your medication.

  I went to this pharmacy last Thursday to get my prescriptions filled. The pharmacist on duty told me that Sunday would be the earliest time they coould fill the order. I received a call from the pharmacy on Sunday letting me know my order was ready. I arrive on Monday approximately 4pm to pick up my order only to be greeted with disgust and anguish. The pharmacist manager was on duty and asked for my name and birthday. She then proceeded to tell me that there was no order filled for me and there was nothing she could do. I told her it seemed very suspicious that there was no record of me being there and no prescriptions filled. She said she would look into it later and I demanded that she proceed abruptly due to the fact that one of the prescriptions was a controlled substance. She did not look on any shelf. She dod not look for any paperwork. She just stood there and lied to my face about everything. I called my doctor and told them of the incident and only when I told her I was going to call the police next did my medicine magically appear. Odd right. I spoke with the assistant manager about the situation. She said she would talk to her. Not only did she like and say my prescriptions were not there, I am also missing 60 of 90 prescribed pills. It is my conclusion that the pharmacist manager is a thief and addict. I will definitely continue to make sure this gets resolved to the fullest extent to which the law allows me.
