  This is the world’s worst pharmacy. The phone goes right to voicemail and they never call back. If your doctor leaves a voicemail with your prescription they won’t fill it. It’s impossible to refill prescriptions as they never connect your phone number to the prescription - despite asking and receiving confirmation in the store over 7 times that I won’t have a problem again. Don’t waste your time, there are tons of better options In Alexandria.

  Appointments for vaccines are useless. They shouldn’t even offer them. I wouldn’t recommend using this pharmacy for vaccine services.

  I've never found their customer service great, and they've been sometimes very dismissive of my questions - but that's fine as long as I can get what I came for at a location that's convenient. But this most recent, very routine Rx I'm trying to fill has been completely bungled, and even my doctors office can't seem to get it sorted out. It's been five days. I'll be switching pharmacies after this.

  Not impressed. Slow and disinterested service. But, my Rx (not covered by insurance) was a LOT cheaper than Walgreens/CVS, so I guess I’m getting what I’m paying for...
