It has been well over that timeframe, and the order is still marked as “processing.” To make matters worse, I’ve tried contacting the store three separate times, only to be sent to an automated voicemail saying the workers are busy—and then I get hung up on. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone for help. After everything businesses went through during COVID-19, you would think a company of GNC’s size would have proper customer service in place by now. This experience is beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I expected better from a national chain.
