I cancelled my membership and from that point forward the front desk staff was just rude. I was told I couldn’t take the assessment because I cancelled. It’s impossible to get in a class I was #6 on the waitlist and then charged $25 as a “no show?” I was told to come to class if I’m waitlisted to see if I get in then I won’t be charged the no show fee….? Which means if I don’t get in the class it was an huge waste of my time but at least I won’t be charged $25? The rules change depending on who is working the front desk. I literally can’t access the January class schedule so I’m paying $289 to not workout. I really wanted to like this club.

I hope we are paying her enough to keep her on permanently, and not just be a part time instructor.
