  I had an intro class tonight and I couldn’t wait to come home and write a few. The Manager was at the front desk and she was amazing. I had so many questions and she was sweet, friendly and had a great energy. The instructor Mary Jo was awesome as well. She stayed after to answer some of my questions and I also liked that she corrected my form throughout the class because how else am I going to learn! I look forward to joining hopefully soon. If you have been wanting to try a class and are scared, you’re not alone! I was always that girl who was terrified to go and would drive to the gym and too scared to get out of my car. You can do it!!

  Really enjoyed my session this morning with Renee, I'm still learning and she made sure to look at my form and correct me. She was also great with introducing basics and what muscles are being affected by certain moves. I'm hoping this review doesn't result in her classes booking up because I want to make sure I can sign up to her sessions.

  I love all the instructors here!! Megan, Emily, Suzanne are the ones I’ve taken classes w and I love them all! And it’s generally very clean. 😊
