  Dr. Aziz and the All Phases Dermatology Team are great. My wife and I have been seen by Dr. Aziz for several years and can’t say enough about his professionalism. Very personable, too. Highly recommended!!

  I had an excellent experience with Jordona Ndon at All Phases Dermatology. From the moment I arrived, the office was clean, welcoming, and efficiently run, which immediately put me at ease. Jordona Ndon is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate in her approach to patient care. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, thoroughly explain my condition, and walk me through treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my appointment, and her attention to detail made me feel confident that I was receiving high-quality dermatologic care. What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and ability to connect with patients. She combines medical expertise with a warm, reassuring bedside manner, which makes a big difference—especially when dealing with sensitive skin concerns. Overall, I highly recommend Jordona Ndon to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dermatology provider. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel informed, comfortable, and well cared for.

  For the second straight year, the doctor was running late for an appointment. The first time I wasn’t told until 45 minutes after my scheduled time because most of the staff was late. This time I was told 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment but was told the PA could see me. All the staff, including PA were lovely. It’s disappointing that the doctor is not respectful of the patients time but would most likely charge me if I was late and probably not see me. I will not be going back.

  I waited for 35 before I was seen, because your office was under staff. The person removing my stitches. Took me to a room that was dirty. Counter tops were old and dirty. Floor had remainders of who ever the last patient was on the floor-disgusting. She was apologetic for the wait. My time is just as important. I get there on time to be seen not less then maybe ten minutes. It seems that doctors offices want you to be on time or your appointment is cancelled ,but you can be on time and either wait in the waiting room or set in the room waiting.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Appiah. She removed a mole on my face quickly and with great care, which really put me at ease. The procedure was efficient, and she took the time to send it for biopsy to ensure everything was safe. Her team was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciated their professionalism and kindness.
