  OMG My husband and I had a wonderful experience today at Audio Nova in Abingdon VA. As we were sitting in the waiting room waiting for my husband's name to be called. Here came the nicest lady with her hand out welcoming us. Her name was Chandra Waddy. That instantly made us feel so at ease. She was so informative, patient and kind to us. We felt so good when we left. My husband and I had had a great day and it all started with a beautiful smile and a warm hand shake. Thank you again Chandra and the staff at Audio Nova.

  We are on vacation and one of my hearing aids died! I couldn't enjoy my time with family on Sunday. First thing Monday morning I started calling trying to find someone that could fix them. I was told they only fix what they sell. Called AudioNova, they got me in and fixed my hearing aids!! So grateful to be able to hear again. Thank you
