- BBbeewink6 days ago1.0Not a 'Karen' as one poster proclaims the bad reviewers are. They literally do not answer the phone, or they say 'hold please' and never take you off of hold. Have been waiting for thyroid medication for a week now - they keep shifting the day it will be filled. Absurd and terrible customer service. It would be nice if a manager at Smith's would look at these reviews and make some changes.

McGrathJan 2, 20261.0They are the worst pharmacy they have had my rx for over 4 days I come to pick up but before I do I called and spoke to the pharmacist asked if a very specific rx was ready she said yes I get here have to wait in a line with over 10 people at least 20 min i get to counter and they say it's not ready so now I have to sit wait some more time around 35 more min you figure 4 days is it enough to fill a couple prescriptions apparently not. so now I have to wait for them 45 min to be filled and then stand back in the line 20min to pick them up this store has turned out to be a joke I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. if I could give them zero Stars I would. However I wouldn't go here unless you like wasting time taking about hr or so out of your day.
- JKJesse KeislingNov 12, 20251.0This pharmacy is a complete disaster from top to bottom. Every refill turns into a drawn-out mess of broken promises, missed deadlines, and excuses. You can call days in advance, be told it’ll be ready at a specific time, and like clockwork it never is. You wait, and wait, only to be told they’re “still working on it,” or worse, that it’s back-ordered and no one bothered to notify you. They waste your time, your patience, and your trust. Standing in line for 30+ minutes just to hear “Sorry, we’re busy” has become their routine excuse. Here’s a thought: maybe you wouldn’t be so busy if you were even remotely organized. This isn’t just bad service it’s sheer negligence. They’ve turned the most basic task in healthcare into a frustrating, time-consuming ordeal. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.

The prescriptions are too slow compared to any cvs or Walgreens. Go to the Walmart instead. There's too many out of stock prescriptions for it to be used regularly
