  This pharmacy is absolutely awful. Every refill turns into a disaster, missed deadlines, and excuses. You can call days in advance, be told it’ll be ready at a specific time, and like clockwork it never is. You wait, and wait, only to be told they’re “still working on it,” or worse, that it’s back-ordered and no one bothered to let us know. This isn’t just bad service it’s AWFUL.

  This pharmacy is terrible. Takes them 3 days to tell you medication is out of stock, usually after you waiting 30 minutes in line. I would use another pharmacy! Don't waste you time at this one!

  Ive gone here for years and it’s always been good, the last 4-5 months my script is never filled when it supposed to be done, I come in for them to tell me we’re still working on it. I do like the people but not sure what has changed in their process.

  Not a 'Karen' as one poster proclaims the bad reviewers are. They literally do not answer the phone, or they say 'hold please' and never take you off of hold. Have been waiting for thyroid medication for a week now - they keep shifting the day it will be filled. Absurd and terrible customer service. It would be nice if a manager at Smith's would look at these reviews and make some changes.

  They are the worst pharmacy they have had my rx for over 4 days I come to pick up but before I do I called and spoke to the pharmacist asked if a very specific rx was ready she said yes I get here have to wait in a line with over 10 people at least 20 min i get to counter and they say it's not ready so now I have to sit wait some more time around 35 more min you figure 4 days is it enough to fill a couple prescriptions apparently not. so now I have to wait for them 45 min to be filled and then stand back in the line 20min to pick them up this store has turned out to be a joke I will be transferring my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. if I could give them zero Stars I would. However I wouldn't go here unless you like wasting time taking about hr or so out of your day.
