  30 minutes for car at drive thru still not done. Need to limit 2 prescriptions per car

  Just a little bit frustrated with this pharmacy. I went there three times today trying to pick up three prescriptions. The first time I went right before lunch, but they closed early. The second time I went, they forgot to give me one of my prescriptions, which I understand happens sometimes. When I turned around, there were nine cars in line and I wasn't able to wait again/go inside because I had sick kids with me who were crying. The third time I went was 7:40 pm, but the pharmacy was closed even though online says they're open until 8:00 pm. If you could please correct your online hours and stick to them, that would be very helpful. I wasted a lot of time and effort loading my sick kids to try and get the meds they needed and still have to wait until tomorrow (even though we already had to wait until today because we got out of the ER at 11:00 pm last night).

  I would give this Smith’s Pharmacy zero stars if I could. They never, ever answer their phone and their drive-through is absolutely ridiculous. I think I wasted two hours of my life … waiting. They need some MAJOR HELP with customer service and support.

  This pharmacy needs new management, not only do they consistently run out of medications, and randomly close early for lunch, they don’t answer their phone on a daily basis. My Dr. is so feed up she suggested a new pharmacy! I am taking her advice.

  I have been refilling my medications with Smiths Pharmacy for many years now and I don't regret it. The other pharmacy I was going to before was giving me and the people in family the WRONG medications that belonged to other people (due to our common last name, they said). My mom had it the worst because she actually got sick from being given the wrong medications. When that kept happening I decided to switch pharmacies, and honestly I'm just glad I haven't had to call poison control. Also, to everyone in the comments... yeah they close a little early before lunch for the drive thru but with my experience, they will stay open in-store a bit longer. I do feel like they have been very punctual, and if they haven't made a deadline, they'll tell me. They have always been super friendly and helpful with me, but we are all human, everyone has a bad day. It's just my opinion but I'll stay with Smith's for a bit longer because I feel like my health is in good hands ☺️ Also, Mason is awesome!!
