- CNCortney NordgrenDec 11, 20172.0I have gone to this office for the last few years. #1: The dentist is nice but the line I seemed to hear every time is “Wow your teeth look amazing! But there is one teeny tiny cavity in the back that I just wanna get fixed.” I brush twice a day, floss and do mouth wash yet every time I had a “teeny tiny cavity”. I was told this six months ago and chose not to fix it. Tonight I went to my new dentist who said there is no evidence of a cavity at all on any of my teeth. I mean I’m not a dentist but as far as I know cavities don’t just go away. #2: The receptionist when I started going here was amazing! She was the sweetest lady. Then she retired and the new lady is horrible. Every time I called she gave me attitude and told me I needed to work with their schedule and not the other way around. Then I’d go in and she would just be very short with me. #3: If you have a sensitive mouth like I do then I would not recommend this place. The hygienist is nice but very rough with your teeth. My mouth would ache for days after I had a cleaning done. She always hurt me when flossing. She was just very aggressive and not careful.
