  Here’s the thing: if you allow an option where providers can call in prescriptions, but you have zero intention of EVER checking said messages, you are causing direct harm to your patients and you have no business working in a pharmacy. That is lazy, that is harmful, and there is no excuse. Remove the option to call in a prescription, or check your messages. I had nothing a full 24 hours after my provider called in a prescription. When she sent it electronically, it took 5 minutes. This location is lazy and there is no excuse for the extra suffering patients undergo as they wait for medication they rely on you to fill.

  More often than not, I will be the only customer in line for prescriptions, 5-6 associates are making eye contact with me but not one comes to help for many, many minutes. There are giant inconsistencies between prescription pick ups and communicating to the customer. I have also only had one tech that is kind and knows what is going on in his job. Not a great experience. If I had another location closer to me for both grocery and pharmacy, I would not use this pharmacy.

  I'm giving this place two stars because for the most part they do decent service. Except for there is a lady with black hair and tattoos at the counter that is completely rude. One time she gave me the wrong dosage for medication that I needed for colitis. Another time I heard her talking and telling another customer that I should go someplace else. When I picked up a prescription, she was completely unprofessional. For one thing she couldn't pronounce my name right and another thing she told me abruptly to sit down. On Christmas Eve I called to refill a prescription I was briefly put on hold, the next thing I know this lady picks up the phone. I couldn't understand a word she was saying . She was completely rude and hung up the phone mid conversation., Since it was a holiday. I had a hard time finding different pharmacies that were open. I was having withdrawal symptoms, so I had to go to the ER to get a dosage. This lady with the black hair either needs to learn customer service skills or be fired.

  There have been times I’ve tried to come here and all registers say closed during hours they should be open, waited a couple minutes with no assistance so I went to Walgreens across the street out of frustration. I filled my cat’s prescription down the street at the smith’s marketplace and thought maybe they had connected systems so I tried to fill it here the next time. I specifically told the guy who was trying to help me that I had gone down the street the first time and he told me that wasn’t an issue, so I came back with the bottle and he told me it actually was an issue because I filled it down the street. 🤦🏻‍♀️ actually listening to your customers and giving proper information needs improvement here.

  They can now often than other places I've filled prescriptions at, sometimes get the wrong prescription in their computers. I had my pain clinic call in a script for suboxone strips more than 3 separate times and each time smith's pharmacy kept telling me that the script was called in for the suboxone pills and my medicade doesn't cover the cost of the pills but it will cover the complete cost of the suboxone strips. Each time I had to call my Drs office and have them call in my prescription again to get the proper medication filled. I eventually found out that it wasn't my Drs mistake but that it was the pharmacies mistake. Every time I have them call in my script instead of giving me a prescription on a piece of paper to turn in, this problem occurs and my Dr always tells me that they called the pharmacy to have them fill the strips each time but regardless of that fact the pharmacy wouldn't fill my meds unless my Dr called in a new script. It becomes quite the pain to have to repeatedly go through this annoying process because smith's can't seem to input the medication order in correctly.
